Clean Power Plan Repeal Listening Session

Next week on Wednesday, February 21, the EPA is holding a listening session in Kansas City, MO, on the proposed repeal of the Clean Power Plan.  The listening session will take place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.  There is the opportunity for you to attend and/or present oral testimony at the listening session.
